Susan Croteau is a born and raised Mainer. She has lived in Old Orchard Beach for the past 25 years and loves everything that comes with living in a small Southern Maine coastal town. Before getting into Real Estate, she was in the insurance industry for 20 years working in different areas of the industry. She can bring her house insurance and claims knowledge to the home buying process. 

When she is not selling Real Estate, Susan can usually be found on a sports field taking pictures. She has a strong passion for sports photography and donates her time and talents to the Old Orchard Beach schools' sports programs. Her biggest passion though is watching her son play basketball for the University of New England.
